PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT HOURS
Professional Development Hours (PDHs) may be granted at the rate of 1 PDH per session-hour of attendance; however, HPAC Engineering cannot guarantee they will be accepted where pre-approval is required.

HPAC Engineering and Penton Media Inc. assume no responsibility for overseeing fulfillment of the required processing of earned professional-development hours (PDHs). Attendees are to act as the agent of record and assume complete responsibility for overseeing the fulfillment of all required processing of earned PDHs for this event. Attendees are responsible for:

• Providing fulfillment of the PDH process once the conference is completed.

• Remitting any needed paperwork to appropriate agencies as required to substantiate the awarding of PDHs.

• Archiving documentation in accordance with required specifications.

By virtue of accepting this agreement and the primary role as administrator of the PDH process, attendees hold the EGB Conference, HPAC Engineering, and Penton Media Inc. harmless from any possible disputes or questions that may arise related to PDHs associated with the event.
